Hi, I'm Erin.
I'm a wife-to-be, a mother to a sweet little boy named Levi, a thrift store enthusiast, and someone who believes there is beauty to be found in ordinary days.
Not long ago, I found myself in a season of transition. New motherhood changed the rhythm of my life in ways I never expected. The days became slower, fuller, and somehow both more ordinary and more meaningful. I started paying closer attention to the places we explored, the stories hidden in old homes and local landmarks, the treasures tucked onto thrift store shelves, and the quiet ways God shows up in everyday life.
This blog was born out of those observations.
As a transplant to East Tennessee, Knoxville has slowly become home. Through walks with a stroller, local events, coffee shops, museums, historic houses, and hidden gems around town, I've fallen in love with this city and the stories it has to tell. Here you'll find guides, reviews, and reflections on exploring Knoxville through the eyes of a young family.
You'll also find posts about motherhood: the beautiful, messy, exhausting, joyful reality of raising a little one. Not the polished version, but the real one. The one filled with contact naps, laundry piles, milestone celebrations, and learning as I go.
Faith has a place here, too. Not because I have all the answers, but because it shapes how I see the world. My hope is to share honest reflections about finding God in everyday moments and building a home centered on faith, gratitude, and purpose.
And because I can't resist a good thrift find, you'll occasionally find styling ideas, home inspiration, and stories behind the pieces that make a house feel collected and lived-in.
More than anything, I hope this blog feels like a welcoming front porch and a place to slow down for a moment and appreciate the beauty in everyday life.
Whether you're here for Knoxville recommendations, motherhood stories, thrifted treasures, or reflections on faith, I'm so glad you stopped by.
Welcome. I'm happy you're here.
